For more than 10 years, I’ve worked with food and FMCG companies to get their systems right and ready for audits. ISO, FSSC, HACCP, GFSI. I’ve been through them all. I know how messy compliance can get, and I know how to make it simple and practical, so businesses stay safe and confident.
My consulting isn’t just about ticking boxes. I work with teams to set up clear documents, smooth processes, and real training. The goal is to make compliance part of everyday work, not a last‑minute panic. That means fewer surprises and better sleep when inspectors or customers show up.
I also coach people. I believe leadership is about clarity and kindness, not noise. I help managers, freshers, and mid‑level leaders ask better questions, cut through confusion, and lead with impact.
I’ve had tough times too like moments of doubt, times I had to start again. I began as a lecturer, moved into microbiology (my post‑graduation field), then worked with FMCG giants and later non‑food manufacturing as well. Each shift meant rebuilding, learning new rules, and proving myself all over again. Those experiences made me stronger, more grounded, and more useful to the people I work with.
